The Weekly Wrap-Up: Frogs & Flip Flops

Happy Monday, friends!

Did you know that this past Tuesday was National Frog Hopping Day? Because of this amazing fact, we went a little froggy in the speech room this week! Check out what we did below, with the help of a few products from some fellow Speechies!

We used the book From Tadpole to Frog, by Wendy Pfeffer, along with my book companion to target all kinds of concepts including comprehension questions, sequencing, describing, comparing and contrasting, writing, and more! We also used this FREE vocabulary worksheet by Natalie Synders to make dictionaries for the new vocabulary words we learned!

You can find my companion packet for From Tadpole to Frog by clicking the link below:

You can find Natalie's FREE My Personal Dictionary Activity by clicking the link below:

In keeping with the frog theme, we also used The Speech Umbrella's Fluency Frog Packet in my fluency group. I love this comprehensive packet, and my kids went "froggy" over it too!

And finally, we got away from the frog theme to do a little contraction practice with flip flops from The Speech Ladies! You can find the FREE Contraction Flip Flops Activity by clicking the link below:

Thanks so much for "hopping" by! Have a great week!
